Project overview
This was a focused project where we were brought in to use our expertise to redesign a specific area of the app that was underperforming. After evaluating the existing designs, we identified issues with the payment and discount flow that were causing confusion for users. Our analysis revealed that the UX was overly complex, and the process needed to be streamlined to improve clarity and efficiency.
Project execution
We reworked the UI by minimising text and introducing more iconography, which freed up visual space and created a more intuitive interface. This approach not only simplified navigation but also enhanced the overall user experience, especially in the critical payment section of the app. The result was a cleaner, more accessible design that made the app easier to use and improved its functionality in the problem areas.
We also revamped the UX design to create a more intuitive, streamlined flow. By simplifying the payment and discount process, we reduced the number of steps and made key actions more accessible, with clear visual cues guiding users through each stage. After implementing these changes, we conducted usability testing, which showed faster, error-free navigation and improved user satisfaction, confirming the effectiveness of the new design.
