Fraser Group wanted to build an app for their annual private event aimed to bring together all of their brands and delegates. The app had to provide attendees with all the necessary information regarding the event and facilitate communication between them. The event was to include a ‘tough mudder’ style race, followed by a day full of live performances including music and talks alongside a variety of food and beverage concessions.

We brought Fraser Group’s vision for their annual event to life through a detailed design process, blending festival-inspired themes with their brand identity. Our research identified key design elements like geometric shapes and bold colours, which we integrated with essential app features such as a coach booking system, race leaderboard, and live event map.
Starting with wireframes, we refined the design through mid- and high-fidelity stages, ensuring a seamless user experience. Despite limited testing, our thorough research and close collaboration with the client resulted in a successful, vibrant app that captured both the event's spirit and Fraser’s premium brand.
